Every human’s ability to stay alive depends on breathing. One is considered healthy if they have good breathing health with significant oxygen and carbon dioxide intake and output. There are two types of metabolic process : aerobic and anaerobic which convert energy into “Adenosine Triphosphate”.
These cells would die without the energy from meals, which is based on glucose. Breathing is basically of two forms:When the oxygen is involved that is aerobic respiration. Most of cells do this type of breathing and another way is anaerobic which is fully opposite to the first one.

Ayurveda The correlation with the particular problem of sinusitis is understated in a short note:
Ayurvedic connection between sinusitis and Dushta Pratishyaya: The main dosha that is impacted by this condition is Kapha, which is related to Dushta Pratishyaya in Ayurveda. The primary causes of sinus infections are an imbalance of the two subdoshas, Prana Vata and Subdosha Vata. Your immunity is lowered, and you become more at risk for illnesses due to the imbalance of these doshas. It aggravates and vitiates the Prana Vata, which is mostly found in the respiratory system and is a subtype of Vata. Affected kapha and Vata in the area above the collarbone are the causes of sinusitis. Nasya (sinus infection  treatment): An Ayurvedic remedy for sinusitis One of the five cleansing techniques listed in Ayurveda is Nasya karma, often known as Nasya. It effectively treats sinusitis when administered in this manner. A medical oil, powder, or fresh juice is administered through the nose to release accumulated kapha. Among the therapy modalities are Ayurvedic detoxification (panchakarma), external therapies, internal medications, dietary changes, and lifestyle modifications.Nasya is very essential for the management of sinusitis.

    Correlation of yoga:

Yoga can help with sinusitis as it impacts the most at better breathing, relaxing the mind and body, and can help drain our sinuses. Some yoga poses for sinusitis, like being upside down, can help clear your mucus filling. Yoga is not the only thing we should do for sinusitis, but it can go along with other treatments to make us feel better overall and maybe even make our symptoms of sinusitis go away. Ayurveda is a way of thinking about health that connects yoga and sinusitis. It says that doing certain yoga exercises for sinusitis can help with stuffy noses and balance our body’s energies. Yoga postures and breathing exercises can be good for sinus problems, helping us breathe better and reducing the dominance of a certain energy called Kapha that can make our sinuses act up. These exercises aim to make us feel better and improve our sinus health.
