1-Year Component Warranty

2-Year Synthetic Cabinet Warranty
The cabinets of Freeflow Series spas are warranted against manufacturing defects for two years. This includes the cabinet material and the assembly of your new spa. The cabinet’s cosmetic finish is also warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time but is not considered a defect.
3-Year Shell Warranty
The shell of your new Sundance spa is warranted against blistering and cracking for 2 or 5 years, depending on the model series. This includes the acrylic surface material as well as the structure of the shell itself. The plumbing component leaks are covered as well for 2 or 5 years, depending on the series you choose.
